Selena was a professional at age eight in a group formed by the late Abraham Quintanilla. The group consisted of Selena and her younger siblings Abraham junior, who played base guitar and Sister Suzette who played the drums as well as Selena was the vocalist of the group. Selena Y Los Dino, the group she played with was nicknamed Selena Y Los Dino. They also performed in wedding fairs as well as restaurants.
